Engineering Manager, Delivery Experiences

This remote role is focused on improving the developer experience at Netflix.

Compensation:

$348,800 - $710,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop product and technical vision for the delivery platform.
• Build relationships with engineering partners to align on needs.
• Lead and inspire the engineering team to achieve high output.
• Promote a productivity-centric engineering culture.
