Responsibilities:
- Own the Tier 0 network governance layer for Netflix workloads.
- Build, scale, and mentor a cohesive team of engineers.
- Drive the transition to policy-driven network configurations.
- Develop network observability capabilities using eBPF.
Requirements:
- Experience in building and operating complex distributed systems.
- Strong software development background with focus on simplicity and effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of Layer3/Layer4 networking and network security.
- Exceptional communication skills.
