Compensation:

$436,000 - $710,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead a high-performing team, hire, coach, and grow engineers.
  • Vision & Execution: Develop and execute a unified roadmap for release delivery and observability systems.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Build relationships with stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure reliability and operational health of production systems.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 10+ years in software or data engineering.
  • 5+ years in engineering team management.
  • Experience in real-time data pipelines or CI/CD infrastructure.
