Engineering Manager, Attack Emulation Team

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$190,000 - $920,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Lead offensive security operations, drive remediation of findings, and develop a diverse team of security engineers.

Requirements:

• Experience managing hybrid teams of in-person and remote engineers.
• Track record of mentoring high-performing security engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts.
• Experience with adversary techniques and red team operations.
