Compensation:

$190,000 - $920,000 per year

The Role:

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead offensive security operations, build cross-functional relationships, and develop a diverse team of security engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a hybrid team of in-person and remote engineers.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing security engineering teams.
  • Drive remediation of findings and adoption of security controls.
  • Contribute to broader preventative control initiatives.

Desired Background:

  • Experience managing hybrid teams.
  • Track record of mentoring security teams.
  • Familiarity with adversary techniques and threat landscapes.
  • Ability to design scalable security solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
