This role is remote, with additional locations in Seattle, Washington, and more.

Compensation:

$190,000 - $920,000

Responsibilities:

Oversee the architecture and development of personalized assets for Netflix's product experience, collaborating with product managers and designers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years leading backend distributed systems teams.
• Experience with A/B testing for consumer products.
• Strong technical acumen and mentoring skills.
• Proven track record in building and operating impactful distributed systems.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
