Responsibilities:
- Empower and cultivate a team of Program Managers.
- Lead technology roadmap planning and prioritization for Marketing.
- Set strategic vision for the Program Management portfolio.
- Champion data governance and reporting infrastructure.
- Model and promote a strong culture of inclusion and collaboration.
Experience & Skills:
- 15+ years in Marketing or Entertainment technology.
- Proven leadership in building and managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with program/project management and change management.
- Ability to navigate complex issues and recommend solutions.
