Design Engineering Manager - Experience Design Prototyping

This role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA.

Compensation:

$270,000 - $700,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Experience Design Prototyping team.
• Define team strategy and priorities in partnership with cross-functional partners.
• Contribute to technical direction and mentor the team on design systems and prototyping best practices.
• Advocate for prototyping as a core part of Netflix’s design and product development process.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Design Engineering or front-end development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in prototyping and interaction design using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong leadership skills in managing distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
