Design Engineering Manager - Experience Design Prototyping

Compensation:
$270,000 - $700,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Experience Design Prototyping team.
- Define team strategy and priorities in partnership with cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to technical direction and mentor the team on design systems and prototyping best practices.
- Advocate for prototyping as a core part of Netflix’s design and product development process.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Design Engineering or front-end development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in prototyping and interaction design using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong leadership skills in managing distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
