Data Scientist Manager - Experimentation, Ads DSE

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$360,000 - $920,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Build the vision for decision science in the ads organization.
• Amplify the team's impact and foster trust in data-driven decision making.
• Coach and guide employees through their strengths and opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managing data science teams.
• 7+ years of experience using experimentation and inference in decision making.
• PhD in a relevant field such as Economics or Statistics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
