Compensation:
$400,000 - $960,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical vision for forecasting, metrics ecosystems, audience insights, and transmedia research.
- Own the development of robust models for forecasting.
- Mentor the team and foster data science excellence.
- Act as a technical bridge to Games leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Synthesize technical insights into actionable findings for leadership.
- Identify high-impact research opportunities.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science or ML roles.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
- Expertise in Python and large-scale model deployment.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
