Data Scientist (L5) , Performance Marketing

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$170K - $720K per year

Responsibilities:

• Be a strategic thought partner with business stakeholders to define high impact analytical problems.
• Develop statistical models explaining campaign engagement and performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional DSE collaboration within Marketing.
• Translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and socialize impactful Marketing insights.

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with predictive modeling.
• Proficient in SQL and distributed analytic processing technologies (S3, Presto, Hive, Spark).
• Strong skills in Python or R.
• Self-starter with a passion for Netflix culture.
