Data Scientist (L5) - Games Product

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$170,000 - $720,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive product innovation through robust measurement strategies across experimentation, modeling, and analytics.
• Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders to shape product strategy and define new metrics.
• Develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to aid complex decision-making.
• Ensure high-quality outputs that influence member experience.
• Adapt to the evolving landscape of Netflix Games.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in building and delivering machine learning models.
• Strong statistical knowledge and programming skills in Python.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for product innovation.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects.
