Data Scientist (L5) - Content Promotion & Discovery Performance

This role is based in Massachusetts with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$372,000 - $600,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Leverage causal inference methods to drive insights on content discovery.
• Build robust metrics and measurement frameworks for decision-making.
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders across the business.
• Explore trends in content discovery for future opportunities.
• Work independently on projects.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science roles.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and programming (Python, SQL).
• Ability to thrive with minimal oversight.
