Compensation:
$170,000 - $720,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Identify and leverage experimentation and analysis techniques to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with teams across commerce, product, and engineering.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Conduct data exploration to inform product directions.
- Develop metrics to measure success in product areas.
- Contribute to experimentation methodology excellence.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Strong statistical skills, including regression and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Experience in designing experiments and causal inference methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
