Data Scientist L4/L5 - Identity DSE

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$170,000 - $720,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Identify and leverage experimentation and analysis techniques to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with teams across commerce, product, and engineering.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Conduct data exploration to inform product directions.
• Develop metrics to measure success in product areas.
• Contribute to experimentation methodology excellence.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Strong statistical skills, including regression and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience in designing experiments and causal inference methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
