Compensation:
$150,000 - $750,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner for stakeholders to identify business opportunities using data science methods.
- Define and execute roadmaps for measuring the impact of content merchandising.
- Collaborate with business leaders and data scientists to refine Causal Inference model systems.
- Present research and insights across the company.
- Become a regional expert in Merchandising and Content Understanding Data Science.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Experimentation and Causal Inference.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with Causal Inference frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to thrive in ambiguous situations with minimal oversight.
