Compensation:

$372,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product innovation for the Games vertical through measurement strategies.
  • Establish partnerships with stakeholders to realize the vision for Games.
  • Develop frameworks for experimentation and measurement.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs that inform decisions.
  • Adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of Netflix Games.

Requirements:

  • Experience with large-scale experimentation and causal inference.
  • Strong statistical intuition and experience with consumer-facing products.
  • Expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python and/or R).
  • Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and minimal oversight.
  • Passion for product development and design.
