Compensation:
$372,000 - $600,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data science and engineering stakeholders to onboard new workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain methodologies for the experimentation platform.
- Manage existing data and analysis pipelines.
- Develop new tools for experimentation-related business needs.
- Work with the XP team to ensure trustworthy analysis results.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (PhD or Masters).
- 3+ years of experience in statistics/inference, preferably in experimentation.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience in building applications for production traffic.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
