Data Scientist 5- Evolving Core Metrics

Compensation:

$372,000 - $600,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development of core member metrics and decision frameworks.
• Establish relationships with product, engineering, and data science partners.
• Advance meta-analysis capabilities and collaborate on causal inference tooling.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in causal and machine learning models.
• Strong statistical knowledge and programming skills (Python preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects.
