Compensation:
$372,000 - $600,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute rigorous experimental frameworks integrated with the Netflix Experimentation Platform.
- Develop strategies for biddable media models and dynamically priced auctions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address measurement challenges in global markets.
- Identify research opportunities and advocate for resource allocation.
- Deliver solutions using advanced causal inference and machine learning.
Requirements:
- MS or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with auction dynamics and yield management.
- Mastery of causal inference and experimental design.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and advanced SQL.
- Strong communication skills for translating complex results.
