Creative Talent Engagement & Development, Intern (Summer 2026)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with training and development initiatives for Below-the-Line (BTL) and Above-The-Line (ATL) talent.
• Conduct research on industry trends and evaluate production-related initiatives.
• Handle sensitive conversations with empathy to foster a culture of change.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Undergrad/Masters degree program (e.g., Communications, Film Studies).
• Strong interest in community engagement and talent development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with Google Suite.
