The Role

The Netflix Product Marketing & Games team is looking for an admin to support two to three Directors. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in high-level executive support, able to troubleshoot and anticipate needs, and to liaise cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This is a demanding, fast-moving position that requires someone who can exercise sound judgment and significant initiative.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling and managing complex calendars for department executives

  • Manage various internal meetings/events/off-sites across multiple time zones

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally

  • Manage expenses for department executives

  • Foster clear and concise communication among all necessary parties

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Processing expense reports

  • Creating, editing, and building presentation decks

  • Assist with maintaining the department’s database and working information documents

  • Assist with the curation of material distributed internally and external

  • Support coordinating interviews, managing candidate schedules, and liaising with recruiting 

  • Assist with new hire onboarding: help set up onboarding document, support tooling access questions, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an executive/administrative assistant, ideally with an interest or passion for Games

  • Ability to take on larger projects and develop presentations/decks

  • Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting

  • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information

  • Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity, especially for the games and entertainment industry 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks

  • Willingness to work outside of regular office hours and weekends to help support team event needs 

  • Absolute proficiency in the Google Suite of apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Forms and Calendar)

  • Slack proficiency (team comms channel)
