UX Researcher - Teams Growth

This position is based in Vancouver, Canada, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

CAD $85,000 - CAD $166,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mixed-methods research to inform product design and strategy.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize research efforts.
• Synthesize and communicate research findings to drive actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with corresponding UX research experience.
• Strong communication skills and a proven research portfolio.
• Experience in the technology sector and familiarity with various UX research methods.
