Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Core skills in Microsoft Intune, Azure, Office 365, and troubleshooting.
Core Skills Include:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Cloud products.
- Experience in troubleshooting device compliance and app management.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
