This role is based in Sydney, Australia, with a requirement for in-office presence 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Investigate and solve complex customer technical issues, serve as a technical escalation point, and manage critical customer escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of technical support experience, with a focus on IaaS and PaaS.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, and supporting cloud applications.
Note:
This position requires weekend shifts and on-call rotation coverage.
