Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Support capacity planning and operations related to API/grounding program.
- Define program business needs with partners and engineering teams.
- Design processes to identify capacity needs and operational processes.
- Create requirements for tooling and data needs.
- Manage capacity-related needs to support overall MAI team objectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years in engineering or technical program management.
- 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years in engineering or technical program management.
- 6+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience taking a product to market and improving product metrics.
