Responsibilities:

  • Support capacity planning and operations related to API/grounding program.
  • Define program business needs with partners and engineering teams.
  • Design processes to identify capacity needs and operational processes.
  • Create requirements for tooling and data needs.
  • Manage capacity-related needs to support overall MAI team objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years in engineering or technical program management.
  • 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years in engineering or technical program management.
  • 6+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience taking a product to market and improving product metrics.
