Technical Program Manager - Responsible AI

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with model development teams to identify risks and ensure mitigations are in place prior to deployment.
• Establish and operationalize foundation model governance processes.
• Produce analyses to support decision-making across AI & society topics.
• Drive clarity on AI responsibility and safety questions.
• Develop Responsible AI best practices across workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and experience in AI policy or governance.
• Experience identifying and addressing risks related to frontier AI.
• Deep understanding of AI responsibility and safety challenges.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders.
