Technical Program Manager - Responsible AI

This position is based in London, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with model development teams to identify risks and ensure appropriate mitigations are in place prior to deployment.
• Establish and operationalize foundation model governance processes.
• Produce analyses and recommendations to support decision-making across AI & society topics.
• Drive clarity on complex AI responsibility and safety questions.
• Develop and embed Responsible AI best practices across workflows.
• Partner with the Office of Responsible AI to develop innovative governance processes.

Qualifications:

• Related bachelor's degree and experience in AI policy or governance.
• Experience identifying and addressing risks related to frontier AI.
• Deep understanding of AI responsibility and safety challenges.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex programs requiring rigorous execution.
