Compensation:
USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design technical solutions for customer support experiences.
- Coordinate alignment across product and operations teams.
- Track project schedules and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer support and incident management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and using data for prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience with Azure or cloud services.
- Familiarity with data analytics technologies such as SQL and PowerBI.
