Technical Program Manager II

This position is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Define and evangelize the hybrid AI value proposition—Surface NPU + Azure AI + Copilot.
• Translate technical capabilities into business narratives for developers and enterprise customers.
• Partner with marketing and field teams to scale messaging and adoption.
• Develop partnerships with ISVs and customers for hybrid AI solutions.
• Represent Surface in the AI ecosystem at events.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to influence product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Preferred:

• 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.
• Azure AI fundamentals certified.
