Responsibilities:
Own the technical and data feasibility of Success Programs and Customer Health initiatives, translating business goals into clear requirements. Partner with BI and analytics teams to define metrics and ensure program viability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering or program management.
- 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power BI and Azure.
