Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership across Azure Compute, identifying architectural gaps and opportunities for innovation.
  • Drive design and delivery of initiatives to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to align technical strategy with business priorities.
  • Define targets for business KPIs and track progress.
  • Champion a team culture that embraces diversity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • 4+ years of software industry experience as a technical program manager or product manager.
