Sustainability Program Manager

This position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a worksite requirement of 3 days in-office and less than 25% travel.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier and buyer support desk, developing strategies to reduce escalations.
• Coordinate across peer programs to share best practices.
• Evaluate training needs and develop materials with partners.
• Build relationships to create a strong sustainability network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, communications, or sustainability.
