Compensation:
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program management for initiatives within the Make and Deliver domain.
- Manage scope, objectives, and success metrics for programs that improve manufacturing and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with Product Management, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Implement Lean and AI-driven approaches to optimize processes.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in supply chain processes.
- Experience in program management, preferably in supply chain or operations.
- Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
