Supply Chain Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a requirement to work in-office 3 days a week.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program management for initiatives within the Make and Deliver domain.
• Manage scope, objectives, and success metrics for programs that improve manufacturing and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with Product Management, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Implement Lean and AI-driven approaches to optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in supply chain processes.
• Experience in program management, preferably in supply chain or operations.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
