This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for datacenter stakeholders regarding spares and warranty support.
  • Inspire others to deliver improvement opportunities while executing and transforming the business.
  • Build collaborative relationships with datacenter contacts and drive clarity on key pain points.
  • Manage new processes and systems impacting datacenter touch points.
  • Optimize fulfillment processes for the Spares and Warranty Supply Chain.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years experience.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel and Power BI preferred.
  • Lean-Six Sigma experience is a plus.
