Compensation:
USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive multi-year strategic plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception through execution.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Create and present strategy papers and executive briefings.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to align on business insights.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
- 12+ years of experience in business strategy or program management preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
