Sr. Supply Chain NPI Program Manager

• Drive end-to-end readiness for Spares NPI serviceability decisions by partnering with supply chain engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Manage and support BOM and FRU processes while leading key interfaces with adjacent functions.
• Provide technical program guidance to cross-functional supply chain teams and stakeholders.
• Represent Spares NPI workstreams in key phase reviews and global forums ensuring decision quality and alignment.

Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience.
