Sr. Supply Chain Manager

This position is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days per week in-office attendance.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly planning cycles to optimize buffer targets.
• Drive continuous improvement of buffer planning models.
• Assess capacity risks and develop solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Enhance buffer planning models with data science collaboration.
• Develop metrics to measure buffer planning effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in supply chain or related roles.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
• Preferred skills include data analysis (SQL, Python, R) and program management.
