Compensation:
USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical expert to drive product and AI agent adoption.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to facilitate solution deployment.
- Communicate progress and challenges to all stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for technical challenges faced by customers.
- Influence product teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI technologies preferred.
