Solution Architect II and Senior Solution Architect (Multiple Positions)

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Guide architecture, solution design, and adoption for customers.
• Provide architectural guidance for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center solutions.
• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Microsoft teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in technical program management or software development.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience with AI technologies and solution architecture.
