Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach engineers, fostering collaboration and career growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product direction and guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
  • Engage with customers to capture feedback and refine product messaging.
  • Drive operational excellence in managing large-scale distributed systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple engineering teams in a global environment.
  • Expertise in solving complex technical challenges in distributed systems or AI/ML infrastructure.
