Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple engineers delivering Windows enterprise and security features.
- Own end-to-end execution: roadmap planning, technical design, delivery, and quality assurance.
- Hire, onboard, and develop engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
- Champion AI-assisted engineering workflows and establish best practices for AI tool usage.
- Collaborate with teams across geographies to align technical direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering large-scale systems.
- Strong coding skills in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
