Compensation:

USD $84,200 - $165,200 per year

Overview:

The Customer Experience AI (CxAI) group is developing AI-powered CRM tools. This position involves full-stack development, integrating Dynamics 365 CRM data into Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for customer interaction scenarios.
  • Integrate LLMs and advanced analytics into workflows.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams.
  • Ensure reliability and scalability of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot live site issues.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, experience in programming languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Preferred: Master's Degree or 2+ years of experience, familiarity with conversational AI platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
