Software Engineer II_Azure Core Storage

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop system software that manages storage services in Azure.
• Conduct system design through well-defined interfaces and code reviews.
• Ensure services are modularized, secure, reliable, and actively monitored.
• Drive for quality and continuously improve system performance.
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) to monitor system health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of experience in coding (C, C++, Rust, Python).
• Experience in design, development, debugging, and testing.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
