This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $102,100.00 - $202,200.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
  • Drive design documentation and dependency identification.
  • Build, optimize, debug, refactor, and maintain high-quality code.
  • Design and run experiments to evaluate effectiveness of changes.
  • Partner with PMs to deliver project and release plans.
  • Act as DRI and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Proactively adopt new technologies to improve reliability, performance, and observability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years software engineering experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, React, or Python.
  • Experience building generative AI applications or services.
  • Experience with the Power Platform or M365 Enterprise development.
