Site Due Diligence Senior Design Manager

This position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a worksite requirement of 3 days in-office per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide design management and technical direction for datacenter architectural and engineering designs.
• Oversee the delivery of Site Due Diligence solutions aligned with project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate teams of architects, engineers, and designers.
• Engage with key stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing technical site due diligence programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in commercial and industrial architecture with a focus on datacenter design.

Preferred:

• Chartered Engineer or Project Manager qualifications.
• Formal Project Management training.
