Senior Voice & CCaaS Solutions Architect

This role is remote with travel requirements of 25-50%.

Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Implement innovative solutions for customer engagement.
• Identify and translate customer problems into industry solutions.
• Drive customer experience through efficient delivery.
• Manage business and technical risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field and 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Contact Center operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with Azure Communication Services and CRM systems.
