Responsibilities:

  • Drive proactive customer success by architecting and executing customer-facing delivery strategies.

  • Gather and synthesize technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of staging and implementation plans for new digital experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
