Responsibilities:
- Drive proactive customer success by architecting and executing customer-facing delivery strategies.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects and build relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Gather and synthesize technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Lead the development of staging and implementation plans for new digital experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
