Senior Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the post-incident detection workstream by translating incident learnings into actionable detection opportunities.
• Define program goals and success metrics for security outcomes.
• Drive detection lifecycle observability and reporting.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in program management or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Preferred: 3+ years with security technologies and 5+ years in cross-group engineering roles.
