Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Own planning and execution for OCTO-led programs and technical communities.
- Coordinate cross-team initiatives and track progress.
- Design community mechanisms for effective collaboration.
- Produce structured program materials for stakeholder communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve program operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in engineering or program management.
- 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Ability to meet security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years in technical program management.
- Experience with AI/ML or engineering excellence.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
