Senior Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with engineering teams to plan, execute, and deliver technical programs.
• Manage cross-team initiatives by aligning stakeholders around clear goals and timelines.
• Produce clear written materials to ensure shared understanding and effective decision-making.
• Identify program execution risks and work with partners to resolve blockers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering or technical program management.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in engineering or technical program management.
• Experience developing and launching successful AI products.
